Five years after the mysterious disappearance of Stonerock's most notorious serial killer, forensic psychologist, Dr. Karina Lopez, has collected an organized all the material surrounding the Head Hunter in an attempt to understand his motives and unravel the mystery of where he went. What she discovers is something much darker than a deeply disturbed mind.

The Skull Room intertwines journal entries, autopsy reports, sketches, newspaper clippings, and more, to relay the story of Harlow Thanatos, his love of skulls, and the heinous crimes he commits in order to appease a powerful darkness within him.
